Critical path mapping, like earlier Gantt and PERT Charts, targets project finish dates, prioritizes activities and shows the obstacles to meeting deadlines and completion dates while motivating your team. You see and track at-a-glance the critical path of work to be done, under way, who's doing it and the work that's critical to the project's completion.
Big 3" x 3" magnetic cardholders in 5 colors show the CPM activity nodes positioned on the black tape project map timelines with the critical path plotted in bold red tape. (See How it Works below.) The upper mapping section of the board has a faint Ghost-Grid™ background for neatly displaying your map. The itemized, color-coded, numbered, activity line-item list table on the lower half displays activity subjects, start and finish times and color-flags the critical activities. You can also write on the board in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens and make fast changes by moving magnets. It's completely flexible for tailoring the map to show your exact project critical path.
